Normalizing Saying NO

Too often we say yes instead of saying No, even at our own expense. Today I want to briefly discuss where it stems from, the problems that arise when you fail by saying yes when the answer should be No, the four agreements and how they assist in my ability to except the word No, and ways in which you can say No to things that no longer serve you.
